The system we propose is completely integrated into your doors, Pass-Box or Pass-Trolley. It is composed of: double red / green traffic light with emergency release button, covered by an easy to clean polycarbonate cover; an electric lock or anelectromagnet, with an integrated door status, placed on theupper side inside the jamb, which mechanically prevents the door from opening; a multiple management control unit (from 2 to moredoors) that can be programmed according to the different procedures, modes or timings required.
Smart Control Touch Panel has all controls for modular operation theatre which are provided on a single touch screen panel. This is a PLC or Micro-controller based electronic control panel. Because of its user-friendly environment and HD Display, visibility of all readings is very clear. We can customize each segment of control panel as per the requirement of the customer. Touch Panel With the touch sensitive monitor, which can be operated directly at the touch of a finger, operating and monitoring of OT parameters like Temperature, Humidity, Differential Pressure & lighting is now very simpler. The graphical interface is capable of displaying all kinds of complex topologies. The status and command information are presented in a manner which is well structured and clear.
An environment monitoring system is the process that monitors the quality of the environment. The program allows for a Realtime monitoring of any parameter required. Trove offer solutions for relative humidity, temperature, differential pressure. For all other parameters, Trove offer an analog converter so that all analog signals can be monitored.
Ethylene oxide or ETO sterilizers are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and health care institutions to sterilize products/materials sensitive to moisture or heat. These high technology sterilizers are potent in killing pathogens and consist of electrical heating jackets and provide excellent steam and temperature distribution in the heating chamber. The heating chamber is generally made of stainless steel and enclosed with aluminium or stainless-steel panels. The machines are also equipped with automatic temperature control mechanism. In ETO sterilization bacteria die from the coagulation or denaturation of the protein constituents.
